2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for our membership or participate in our courses and treatments.

3. Membership & Billing

Membership is billed yearly from the date of purchase.
Payment will be processed securely through Razorpay.
Membership will not auto-renew unless explicitly stated. You will be notified before renewal.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided only if cancellation is requested within 7 days of the initial purchase, and no course or therapy sessions have been accessed or used.
After 7 days or after accessing services, no refund will be issued.

5. Use of Services

You agree to use ICA services for personal and lawful purposes only.
Reproducing, reselling, or sharing course materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Health Disclaimer

Cupping therapy is a complementary treatment and is not a substitute for medical advice.
By booking or attending a session, you confirm you have disclosed all relevant health information.
ICA is not liable for any outcomes resulting from incomplete or false health disclosures.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Razorpay for payment processing. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or service issues. Please review Razorpay’s own policies before using their services.

8. Limitation of Liability

ICA will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
